Raxit is a qualified actuary and Fellow of the UK-based Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, bringing rigorous technical discipline and strategic leadership to Cannon Group.

Prior to joining Cannon, he served as Chief Actuary of Prudential Africa, where he was instrumental in shaping and executing the regional strategy, with particular emphasis on finance, actuarial practice, and enterprise-wide risk management. Before this, he was Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Kenya, leading the business through a period of growth and transformation.

Over a decade of experience with Prudential has seen him hold a range of senior roles across both its Kenyan and UK operations, giving him a rare blend of market-level commercial insight and international actuarial expertise. Raxit’s career reflects a consistent commitment to technical excellence, strategic clarity, and leadership impact.
