Titus Naikuni brings over three decades of strategic leadership and governance expertise across manufacturing, aviation, financial and infrastructure sectors in Kenya.

While now retired, he has served as Group Managing Director & CEO, Kenya Airways Limited, Managing Director, Magadi Soda Company Limited & Magadi Railway Company Limited, and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, Transport and Communication on secondment through the World Bank, among others.

Mr. Naikuni is also a director at Turkana Basin Institute, a director at Tata Chemicals South Africa Pty, an advisor at Tata Chemicals Magadi Limited and a trustee at Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust. His previous board experience includes at Kenya Power & Lighting Company, Housing Finance Company of Kenya, Tata Chemicals Magadi Limited, Airtel Kenya Limited, Prudential Life Assurance Kenya Limited, and the Rift Valley Railways, among others.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, at the University of Nairobi and completed a Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Science (Engineering) by Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology.
