1. Objectives

The Cannon Group is seeking proposals from experienced service providers to deliver reliable and compliant services that are essential to the management of its offices and branches. Bidders must demonstrate proven expertise and adequate resources to meet the Group’s operational needs.

Through this RFP, the Group intends to secure vendors capable of offering value-driven solutions, thereby ensuring consistency in service delivery across all locations. This RFP invites bids for the following services:

 

         Facilities and Maintenance Services

  • Generator Maintenance & Service
  • Fire Safety Systems
  • Security Services
  • Cleaning Services
  • Air Conditioning
  • Lift Service & Maintenance
  • Sanitary Bins & Fumigation
  • Water Supply and Dispensers

 

         ICT Systems and Solutions

  • Vehicle Digital Assessment and Valuation Process System Implementation
  • Data Centre 10kV UPS Units Supply
  • Company Intranet Implementation, Installation & Configuration
  • Live Chat and WhatsApp/USSD Chatbot Solution
  • Pension System Implementation
  • Servers & Network Devices Monitoring and Vulnerability Assessment Implementation

2. Scope of Work:

3. Vendor Requirements:

The Vendor must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid business registration and operating licenses.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in the relevant service category.
  • Adequate staff and resources for service delivery
  • Compliance with sector-specific regulations.

4. Proposal

The following information must be included in all proposals:

  • Registration documents, including ultimate beneficial ownership details and relevant KYC documentation.
  • Tax registration and compliance certificates
  • Company Profile: Background, experience, and qualifications relevant service quoted.
  • Detailed Technical Proposal: Demonstrated ability to deliver the required services, including equipment, staffing, and compliance with safety/regulatory standards.
  • Pricing: Detailed breakdown per category/location.
  • References: Relevant references from current or past corporate clients.
  • Support and Maintenance: Details of services provided, including service level agreements (SLAs), and any technical support and backup arrangements.

5. Evaluation Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Vendor experience and qualifications.
  • Cost competitiveness, transparency of pricing, and overall value for money.
  • Relevant references from current or past corporate clients.
  • Adequacy of personnel, infrastructure, and resources to service all designated locations.
  • Submission of valid registration, tax compliance certificates, licenses, and other sector-specific approvals.
  • Clear methodology for delivering services.
