Mr. Abwoga is a highly accomplished finance and strategy leader with over three decades of experience in financial services in East Africa, Zambia, South Africa and Gabon.

He is currently the Group Director, Finance at NCBA Group Plc and has held other positions within the Group including Executive Director NIC Group, Group Finance & Strategy Director, NIC Bank.  He is also an Executive Director NCBA Group Plc and NCBA Bancassurance Limited, a trustee at KCA University and Vice Chair at SOS Children’s Village Kenya.

Mr. Abwoga has previously held leadership positions at Citibank NA, Marshalls East Africa Ltd, and Deloitte & Touche.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA in Strategic Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), Certified Public Secretary (CPS-K), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
