Caroline is a seasoned director, governance leader, and sustainability advisor with over 25 years of experience spanning financial services, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and international development.

She is currently a director at KCB Bank Kenya Limited, where she is Chair of the Strategy & Digital Committee and a member of the Credit Committee.

Caroline is also the Founder & Partner at Sustainus Advisory Limited, a director at Augmentum Advisory Solutions Limited and a trustee at WWF Kenya. She has previously served as a director at KCB Bank Uganda Ltd and Prudential Life Assurance Kenya. She also held senior roles with Deloitte (East Africa and Bermuda), Willis Management Bermuda, Old Mutual UAP Life Assurance, and Lattice Consulting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Building Economics, is a Chartered Director, a Certified Professional Coach, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), and holds advanced certifications in sustainability, climate finance, ESG, and corporate governance from leading global institutions.
